The expression of MEG3 long noncoding RNA (lncRNA), which could interact with JARID2, was clearly increased during transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β)-induced EMT of human lung cancer cell lines.
In conclusion, ANRIL and MEG3 genetic polymorphisms are associated with severe platinum toxicity and could be considered as biomarkers for pretreatment evaluation in Chinese patients with lung cancer.
LCSCs were determined in lung cancer cells using fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS). qRT-PCR and western blot were performed to examine the expressions of MEG3, miR-650, solute carrier family 34 member 2 (SLC34A2), octamer-binding transcription factor 4 (Oct4), and CD133.
