Serum CCL15 levels in CHP patients (29.1 ± 2.1 μg/mL) were significantly higher than those of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis patients (19.7 ± 1.3 μg/mL, p = 0.01) and healthy subjects (19.5 ± 1.7 μg/mL, p = 0.003).
