CHD1L expression was associated with gallstone history, serum carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) level and Tumor-Node-Metastasis (TNM) stage (P<0.05). hMLH1 expression in cholangiocarcinoma (77.78%) was significantly lower than in normal bile duct tissues (96.67%), and was associated with gender, age, serum CA19-9 level, the presence of hepatitis B virus surface antigen, TNM stage and tumor diameter (P<0.05).
