The results revealed that the AD group had a significantly lower Th1/Th2 ratio and a significantly higher miR‑146a expression compared with the control group (P<0.05).
Our data demonstrate that miR-146a controls nuclear factor kappa B-dependent inflammatory responses in keratinocytes and chronic skin inflammation in AD.
