Target genes of the miR-106b-25 cluster were significantly enriched in the biological process regulation of cellular metabolic process and several cancer-associated pathways, such as those for glioma and melanoma.
Moreover, we verified the regulation function of miR-106b-5p and its targets on cell proliferation and apoptosis of the primary cultured astrocytes isolated from glioma tumor samples and healthy controls.
