Among these 3 genes, the expression of interleukin 17 receptor beta (IL17RB) was confirmed to be upregulated in SAR patients compared to that of the IL17RB gene in healthy, non-allergic controls.
PBMCs from 11 patients with SAR and 23 healthy controls were analysed with gene expression profiling. mRNA expression of IL17RB in basophils was evaluated using quantitative real-time PCR.
