CSF1R+ TAMs were less frequent in B-cell lymphocytic leukaemia and lymphoblastic B-cell lymphoma than in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, peripheral T-cell lymphoma, angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma and cHL.
These findings indicate that the human c-fms gene is not deleted in the lymphoblastic leukemia cells with a 5q- studied by us and that it does not show rearrangement or amplification.
