In conclusion, the detection of changes in plasma leptin, serum inflammatory factors (hs-CRP and IL-18) and urinary protein in children with nephrotic syndrome before and after treatment has important reference value for reflecting the severity of disease and evaluating the prognosis of children with nephrotic syndrome.
