In the present study, we investigated the role of NLRP3 inflammasome in a murine model of KD induced by Candida albicans water-soluble fraction (CAWS) and found that NLRP3 inflammasome is required for the development of CAWS-induced vasculitis.
LA directly obstructed Syk phosphorylation and activity in a dose-dependent manner, inhibited the activity of p38 and JNK, and reduced the expression of NLRP3 in human umbilical vein endothelial cells and vascular tissue of rats with vasculitis.
