Accuracy for identifying patients with inducible myocardial ischemia by SPECT-MPI was similar for CTA and ICA (area under the receiver operating characteristic curve, 0.68 versus 0.71 by quantitative coronary angiography and 0.68 by visual angiographic assessment; P>0.05).
The total correlation between TTDE and <sup>99</sup>Tc<sup>m</sup>-MIBI MPI for evaluation of myocardial ischemia was r=0.483 and between 2D-STI and <sup>99</sup>Tc<sup>m</sup>-MIBI MPI was 0.786.
