We used IL-1β stimulation in human hepatoblastoma cell line (HepG2) for in vitro studies and casein injection in apolipoprotein E knockout mice in vivo to induce inflammatory stress.
Apolipoprotein E gene-knockout mice, angiotensin II (Ang II) type 1 receptor (AT1) gene-knockout mice and human hepatoblastoma cell line (HepG2) were used for experiments.
We used interleukin-1beta (IL-1beta) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) stimulation in human hepatoblastoma cell line (HepG2) cells and primary hepatocytes in vitro, and casein injection in apolipoprotein E knockout mice in vivo to induce inflammatory stress.
