The most tumors were composed of highly cellular areas with small and prominent nucleoli in vesicular nuclei, and ERG (100%) was the most frequently positive in these cases, followed by CD31 (88.9%) and CD34 (77.8%) via histology and immunohistochemistry techniques.EHE is a very rare in Shaanxi.
An immunohistochemical profile demonstrated diffuse CD31 and focal CD 34 and nuclear Fli-1 immunoexpression and low Ki-67 proliferative activity (1%) within lesional cells confirming the diagnosis of EHE.
This report describes a metastatic GIST that stained strongly for cytokeratins, CD117, and CD34 in a patient who was previously diagnosed with gastric epithelioid angiosarcoma.
