Several studies have reported an association between interleukin 10 (IL-10) variant polymorphisms and inflammatory diseases such as psoriasis vulgaris although the results vary according to the population studied.
The aim of this study was to investigate the association between IL-6 and IL-10 single nucleotide polymorphisms and susceptibility to psoriasis vulgaris.
