We also demonstrated that romidpesin significantly induced the expression of Natural Killer Group 2, Member D (NKG2D) ligands MICA/B in both rituximab-sensitive and -resistant BL cells (P < 0.001) resulting in enhancement of exPBNK in vitro cytotoxicity through NKG2D.
The present study was designed to demonstrate the anti-cancer activity of sesamolin achieved by increasing the expression level of NKG2D ligands on Raji cells, which are derived from Burkitt's lymphoma.
