In this report, we described our FDG PET/CT findings in a 21-year-old man whose Burkitt's lymphoma involved not only lymph nodes, the spleen, the brain, and the bones, but also 4 organs in the endocrine system, including the thyroid, right adrenal, the pancreas, and the right testicle.

Burkitt's lymphoma (BL) is an aggressive lymphoma sub-type with high 18F-FDG avidity, but no well established evidence of PET/CT's role in treatment evaluation or prognosis is currently available.
Fluorine-18 2-fluoro-2-deoxyglucose (18F-FDG) positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) has been found to be useful in the management of BL.
