Collectively, our study showed that BRAF-activated noncoding RNA promotes pancreatic cancer tumorigenesis through miR-195-5p/Wnt/β-catenin axis may serve as a potential target for diagnostics and therapeutics in pancreatic cancer.
Therefore, we aim to uncover the role and related mechanism of LINC00473 in PC through the modulation of miR-195-5p and programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1).
Conclusion: LncRNA SNHG16 accelerated the development of pancreatic cancer and promoted lipogenesis via directly regulating miR-195/SREBP2 axis.
The expression of DCLK1 protein and miR-195 in PC tissues and adjacent healthy pancreatic tissues was detected by Western blot and quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), respectively and the correlation between overall survival of PC patients and expression of DCLK1 was measured by Kaplan-Meier analysis.
By miRNA-network analysis, tissue-specific patterns of miRNA deregulation were traced: the driving miRNAs were miR-195, miR-1280, miR-140-3p and miR-1246 in colorectal tumors, and miR-103, miR-23a and miR-15b in pancreatic cancers.
