GAS5 induction greatly inhibited the proliferation, migration and invasion of PC cells PANC-1 and BxPC-3 in vitro and simultaneously induced cell apoptosis.
These data suggest an important role of gas5 in the molecular etiology of pancreatic cancer and implicate the potential application of gas5 in pancreatic cancer therapy.
