In conclusion; we provide further evidence that Spondyloepimetaphyseal dysplasia Faden-Alkuraya type is a RSPRY1-associated skeletal dysplasia with a distinctive phenotype composed of spondyloepimetaphyseal dysplasia, cono-brachydactyly, and craniosynostosis along with recognizable facial features and intellectual disability.
