Taken together, our results suggest that miR-3646-mediated Doc resistance of breast cancer cells maybe, at least in part, through suppressing expression of GSK-3β and resultantly activating GSK-3β/β-catenin signaling pathway.
The qRT-PCR analysis further verified that four miRNAs (miR-4484, miR-K12-5-5p, miR-3646, and miR-4732-5p) might serve as potential tumor biomarkers for breast cancer detection.
