The NRG1 SNP and the HAP(ICE) haplotype were associated with abnormal white matter volume in the BDI group in the fornix, cingulum and parahippocampal gyrus circuit.
The initial global haplotype test yielded significant evidence for association (p = .01) with SZ/SA and BP1 (p = .004), although HAP(ICE) was not overtransmitted.
