Here, we developed an immunotherapeutic regimen capable of eliminating large established mouse tumors using HMGN1, a DC-activating TLR4 agonist capable of inducing anti-tumor immunity.
Accumulating evidences demonstrated that the activation of TLR4 in tumor microenvironment can not only boost the anti-tumor immunity but also give rise to immune surveillance and tumor progression.
