To determine the contribution of GIGYF2 mutations in an extended (N=305) Belgian series of both familial and sporadic PD patients, we sequenced all 32 coding and non-coding exons of GIGYF2.
To evaluate the frequency and distribution of GIGYF2Asn56Ser mutation in Chinese PD patients, we analyzed 469 patients with PD from mainland China, including 36 cases with familial PD and 433 cases with sporadic PD.
