There were no significant differences between the DOR and control groups in terms of age, infertility duration and husband'' semen parameters; however, significant (P< 0.05) changes were found between the two groups in FSH, AMH and AFC levels.
Infertile women <38 years were prospectively enrolled into 2 groups: normal ovarian reserve (NOR, follicle-stimulating hormone [FSH] < 10 mIU/mL, n = 4) and DOR (FSH ≥ 10.0 mIU/mL, n = 4).
PRP was freshly isolated from patients (n= 4) with diminished ovarian reserve as determined by at least one prior IVF cycle canceled for poor follicular recruitment response or estimated by serum AMH and/or FSH, no menses for ≥1 year.
To determine whether a relationship exists between vitamin D (25OH-D) levels and ovarian reserve parameters (antimüllerian hormone [AMH] and FSH levels) in a large cohort of infertile women with a high prevalence of diminished ovarian reserve.
