TRPV1 contributes to the persistence of remifentanil-induced postoperative hyperalgesia through the trafficking of NMDA receptors via the activation of CaMKII-PKC signaling pathways in DRG neurons.
Our findings suggested that TRPV1 is involved in the TRPV1-PKC signaling pathway, which contributes to the persistence of remifentanil-induced postoperative hyperalgesia.
