Many case-control studies have been performed in the recent past to investigate the association between CCL5 -403 G>A (rs2107538) gene polymorphism and tuberculosis (TB) susceptibility in various ethnic groups.
The present study investigated the relationship between the RANTES polymorphisms (-28C/G; rs2280788, and -403G/A; rs2107538) and susceptibility to active tuberculosis (TB) in Tunisian populations.
