Here, we disclose a mechanism of HNF1β stabilization and degradation, using human HNF1β-expressing cell lines of ovarian clear cell carcinoma (ES2), hepatocellular carcinoma (HEPG2), and normal immortalized kidney tubular cells (HK2).
