Analyses of targeted genes and their products known to be associated with ASCVD revealed dysregulation of inflammatory (MCP-1 and MDC) and lipid metabolism (LXR-α, PPAR-α) genes in psoriasis.
We identified unique signatures for AD (Immunoglobulin E (IgE), thymus- and activation-regulated chemokine (TARC) and macrophage-derived chemokine (MDC)), CD (10 proteins), and PS (kynureninase (KYNU)).
To further demonstrate the clinical utility of our platform, we performed correlation analyses between serum proteomes and psoriasis activity and found a positive association between the psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) score with three serum proteins (PI3, CCL22, IL-12B).
