Our results showed that administration of 100μM of H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> on HUVECs for 2, 6, 12 and 24 h induced a time-dependent increase in ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 mRNA and protein expression levels with a significant increase observed from 6 h.
