Positive RSF1 expression was associated with advanced tumour stage, high Gleason grade, lymph node metastasis (<i>p</i> < .0001 each), early biochemical recurrence (<i>p</i> < .0003) and more frequent in the ERG positive than in the ERG negative subset (88% versus 71%; <i>p</i> < .0001).
We found that serum HBXAP DNA levels in lung cancer patients were higher compared to healthy controls (u = 219.0, p = 0.001) and were closely associated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (p = 0.015 and p = 0.016, respectively).
There was a significant association between Rsf-1 overexpression and TNM stage (p = 0.0205), lymph node metastasis (p = 0.0025), and poor differentiation (p = 0.0235).
