In summary, our study demonstrates that BaP promotes A549 cell migration, invasion and EMT through up-regulating the expression of linc00673 in an AHR-dependent manner.
In conclusion, LINC00673 silencing inhibits glioma cell migration and invasion by suppressing the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway, and it is a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of metastatic glioma.
Proliferation, colony formation, migration and invasion assays were performed, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT)-associated phenotypes were investigated following transfection with small interfering RNA to determine the specific role of LINC00673 in thyroid carcinoma cell lines (TPC1, KTC‑1 and BCPAP).
