Conditional multivariable analyses indicated that fasting ApoB48 levels were associated with LAA stroke (odds ratio: 1.18; 95% confidence interval: 1.04-1.35; P = 0.014).Our study indicates that increased fasting plasma ApoB48 may be a risk factor for LAA stroke.
