Micro PET imaging studies in the same EMT-6 implanted mice tumor model also demonstrated that both [<sup>18</sup>F]5 and [<sup>18</sup>F]8 displayed similar tumor uptake comparable to that of 2-[<sup>18</sup>F]FPA.
Tumour responses were confirmed with CT-26 tumours but were less pronounced in drug-resistant EMT-6/CTX or EMT-6/DDP tumour models than in the parent tumour.
They can be applied confidently to routine sections contributing primarily to assignment of T-lineage differentiation in the setting of hematopoietic precursor neoplasms (GADS/DOK2/SKAP55/ITK) and for the differential diagnosis between ALCL and PTCL/NOS (GADS/DOK2/SKAP55/ITK) or classical Hodgkin lymphoma (PKCα).
