Among miRNA, combination of miR-1290, miR-196b and miR-135a in tumor tissue, and miR-21, miR-25, miR27b, and miR-326 in plasma were predictive for response to platinum-based chemotherapy in advanced NSCLC.
Conclusion:DLX6-AS1 regulated NSCLC progression by targeting the miR-27b-3p/GSPT1 axis, which may provide novel insights for NSCLC prognosis and therapy.
Our data indicated that the miR-27b levels were significantly decreased in NSCLC specimens and cell lines (SK-MES-1, H358, H460, A549, and H1229) when compared to matched normal adjacent tissues and normal human lung epithelial cell lines, respectively.
