TCGA results showed that the expression level of CAPG genes in GBM was higher than that in normal tissues, and the expression level of men, aged over 46 years and high grade gliomas in pathological stages was higher than that of women, aged ≤46 and low grade gliomas in pathological stages, and the survival time of high expression was shorter than that of low expression.
