We examined the promote effects of H<sub>2</sub>S on phenotype of gastric cancer (GC) cells (including those of express wild type CD36 and mutant CD36) in vitro and in vivo.
<b>Results</b>: High CD36 expression is a predictor of poor survival and promotes metastasis of GC cells and the use of neutralizing antibodies to block CD36 inhibits GC metastasis in mice.
A total of 13 mRNAs were significantly associated with survival of GC, after the validation stage, including DCLK1, FLRT2, MCC, PRICKLE1, RIMS1, SLC25A15, SLCO2A1, CDO1, GHR, CD109, SELP, UPK1B, and CD36.
