In conclusion, the results of the present study demonstrated that hnRNP AB expression may serve an important role in the progression of CRC and that hnRNP AB may be considered a predictor of prognosis for patients with CRC.
Our investigations proposed novel regulatory axis of LINC01354/hnRNP-D/Wnt/β-catenin, which might be in favor of exploring novel therapeutic regimens for the clinical treatment of CRC.
Taken together, our data indicate that hnRNP Q1 is a novel trans-acting factor that binds to Aurora-A mRNA 5'-UTRs and regulates its translation, which increases cell proliferation and contributes to tumorigenesis in colorectal cancer.
