Multivariate regression analysis results indicated that the AA genotype of VTI1A (rs7086803) polymorphism was associated with an increased risk of developing non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) compared with the GG genotype (AA vs. GG: odds ratio [OR] = 2.020; 95% confidence interval [95% CI], 1.033-3.949, p = 0.037).
